Balance Bikes

We all take part in a balance bike session every week. Riding a balance bike works our core muscles, leg muscles, shoulder, arm and hand muscles and they are great for our physical development. Research also suggests that it can have a positive impact on handwriting too! We are all improving so much. Now, some of us can lift our legs up as we ride!
